Lie on an incline bench and hold a light dumbell in your right hand overhead with palm facing to the left. Place your left hand on tricpes for support. Slowly bend your arm to lower weight to left shoulder, keeping your wrist straight throughout the exercise. Raise back overhead and complete set then swap arms. Ensure arm remains straight with other hand to keep stress off your shoulder.
