Stand with back to the weight stack, lean forward with one foot in front of the other, hold rope just above head with upper arms almost parallel to the floor. Straighten arms in front of you, pause, then slowly allow resistance to pull hands back over your head. If your upper arms move up and down you are using your chest muscles instead of triceps.
